You've probably seen by now that we here at Bella&Bear have started our very own blogger of the month scheme to get to know some of our fave bloggers a little better and to help you discover some gorgeous new blogs to read!

1. Hey there Alejandra! Tell us a little about yourself and your blog!
Well, I'm Alejandra. I'm currently a high school math teacher while at the same time creating beauty and fashion content for my blog, Girl with Glam. I started my blog back in 2014 as a hobby while I was in college because most of my friends wanted to see reviews and makeup looks that I created. Eventually, my blog became more than just a hobby and slowly turned into a full job. On my blog you can find makeup tutorials, reviews, first impressions, fashion inspiration, and even some travel tips!
2. You're an established blogger skilled in beauty looks, fashion and even travel - and you live in gorgeous Miami! What keeps you motivated and inspires your work the most?!
Living in Miami there are so many places to get inspiration from starting with places like Wynwood, Miami Beach, Miami Design District and even museums like the Museum of Ice Cream that currently is on exhibit. As a Miami blogger, the bright and vibrant scenes definitely inspire me to come up with new bold looks. My Instagram page has recently gotten a full on revamp and I'm currently on a color theme, living in Miami helps me get tons of ideas for color combos for future looks.
3. Which is the one beauty product you couldn't live without on your travels?
SUNSCREEN! I'm obsessed with anything SPF. I drench myself in SPF at all times during vacations and travels. Sometimes my friends and family look at me oddly but hey, I rather be safe than sorry in the future. Remember to always take care of your skin!
4. Your Insta feed is just brimming with gorgeous makeup looks - what's your best makeup tip and how do you get that perfect snap of it?
My best makeup tip is if you mess up you can always take a small little Q-tip to gently clean it up. Whether it's winged liner or eyeshadow, a qtip is your best friend. Snapping pictures of my makeup can sometimes be difficult because the lighting has to be just right and my camera is actually not auto-focus. This means I have to take 1000000 pictures just to make sure I capture one that has the perfect focus.
5. A girl after our own heart, you are a big Disney fan! How do you keep the balance of childhood Disney whimsy with a grown up spin in your looks?
I am 100% a Disney fanatic. I actually just renewed my Walt Disney World annual pass for the third time and just last year alone I visited Mickey's home ten times. Yes, ten times...Anyway, sometimes I keep my Disney fashion subtle and other times I don't. Although I tend to wear more business casual clothes due to my job, I do accessorize to keep that Disney spirit in my outfits. Some examples would be: my Mickey case cover for my Apple Watch, my Pandora bracelet with only Disney charms, my Alex and Ani Bracelets which are all Disney themed, and even my purses that have Mickey or Minnie on them.
6. What is your favourite Bella&Bear piece?
My favorite Bella & Bear piece is the The Jaguar Angled Kabuki Brush. I use it often for blush or contour!
We absolutely loved getting to know Alejandra more, isn't she just so lovely and inspirational?!
