Liquid lips are pretty much a fall staple; they stay put through the cold, wet weather and through every sip of your toasty coffee - but getting them perfectly neat can be an issue. Step in Rouge Dior Ink Liner. 12 hours wear time, matte stain finish and an impossibly narrow tip mean you can expect catwalk ready lips all fall long. We think they'd also double amazingly as edgy coloured eyeliners. There will be 12 shades to choose from, including
